Yes! We have been licensed in the state of Florida for 35 years. License #CAC043975. We are fully insured and so you can rest easy knowing our team will get your job done right!

What brands of AC units do you carry?

We carry a wide variety of AC brands to ensure we can offer each homeowner a custom solution for their AC needs. Some of the major brands we carry are Allied, Ducane, Airdach, Rheem, RUUD, Trane, and Goodman.

How long will it take to install my AC unit?

Every job is different, but in most cases we can get you up and running with a new AC system in just one day.

What is the warranty on the AC unit?

Warranties vary by manufacturer. We have systems with warranties of up to 10 years on both parts and labor. For more specific information on system warranties, give us a call.

What financing options are available?

We have a wide variety of finance options available for all credit types. Whether you're looking for low down payments, low monthly payments, or no credit-needed financing we've got you covered. Please fill out a credit application on our finance tab to find out what options are available for you.

Do I need good credit?

Will you install a new system on a mobile home?

Yes! We work with single-family homes, manufactured homes, mobile homes, condos, townhouses and more. We have financing options available no matter what type of home you have.

What size/type of HVAC system do I need for my home?

Every home's needs are a little different. We would need to inspect your current system and run a heat load calculation to determine what size and type of system would serve you best. Our inspections are free and include the heat load calculation. Call us today to get your free estimate!

What is an inverter AC system?

An inverter AC is an air conditioning system that uses variable speed technology to regulate the compressor's motor speed, thereby achieving more energy-efficient operation, quieter performance, and better temperature control compared to conventional AC units. For more information click here.
